These are the ones that her kids not only like, but actually EAT! The best part is, they’re all recipes from The Healthy Mummy, so Jessica knows that they’re also great to eat when following a healthy eating plan.

Jessica says, “With a 20-month-old and a super fussy 3-year-old, I definitely need kid-friendly dinners and snacks. Anything that sneaks veggies in gets bonus points too!”

1. Devilled Sausages

Jessica says, “This is our family’s favourite. I also add in carrots and baby spinach to boost the vegetable content. Served with mash and peas, it’s pure comfort food.”

2. Chicken Nuggets

Here at Healthy Mummy HQ, we haven’t stumbled across too many littles who don’t love chicken nuggets.

Jessica says, “I do a bigger ‘schnitzel style’ version for the adults.”

“My kids love this with wholemeal pasta and it freezes really well too. It’s a great emergency meal to keep in the freezer,” says Jessica.

Who doesn’t love pizza?

Jessica says, “…the 2 ingredient pizza dough is a regular at my house. Top with your favourite healthy veggies (and of course some cheese!)”

These chocolate chips muffins are easy to make, easy to free and perfect for little lunch boxes.
