Mum shares 10 yummy recipes that her fussy eaters love

Have a fussy eater? You will WANT to keep on reading.

Jessica is one of your Motivating Mums, and today she is sharing her family’s favourite recipes. Many of them are from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

These are the ones that her kids not only like, but actually EAT! The best part is, they’re all recipes from The Healthy Mummy, so Jessica knows that they’re also great to eat when following a healthy eating plan.

Jessica says, “With a 20-month-old and a super fussy 3-year-old, I definitely need kid-friendly dinners and snacks. Anything that sneaks veggies in gets bonus points too!”

Jess’s weight loss wins on the Challenge

Jess began following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges the week after giving birth to her second child.

In the 6 months that followed, Jessica was able to lose an incredible 20 kilograms (and all while maintaining a great breast milk supply).

When Jess fell pregnant with her third baby, she says she continued eating the Challenge meals however increased her calorie intake to ensure she was getting enough nutrition to nourish both babies. How incredible is that.
