Brittany lost 6kg* in May

“I have lost 6kgs! My goal was to lose my Easter excess and I’ve done that. I also had the goal of attending every park run for the month and I’ve done that also,” Brittany says.

“I stuck to my meal plan and kept pushing through on hard days (there’s been a lot of those this month as my son was diagnosed with autism this week) and cut sugar out, leaning on The Healthy Mummy treats when I craved something sweet.

“I feel amazing and completely de-bloated. I’m so excited for June to see what my body’s capable of doing!”

Emily no longer craves soft drinks!

“I started with Healthy Mummy in January. I was a soft drink addict. Over the course of the past four months, I have kicked on average 50 tsps of sugar (daily!) out of my diet through cutting out sugary drinks alone,” she says.

“In May, I have further concentrated on added sugars in my foods. I’ve selected Healthy Mummy snacks which have no added sugars. I now no longer crave soft drink which is huge.

“I’m not sure how much weight I have lost in the past fortnight as I don’t have scales in the house and don’t weigh myself every week. In the first two weeks of May I had lost 2kgs bringing my total loss to 22kgs*. I have lost 3 dress sizes moving from a 24-26 to a comfortable 18-20.

“Having healthier snack choices on hand has been key to my success in beating my soft drink addiction. I’m now able to think through any rogue cravings that pop up and make better choices.

“My goal in June is to get back into exercising daily. This has fallen off track a little this month as I have been sick.”

“May has been a massive month for me taking the first step inside a gym after  six months of therapy to deal with my anxiety of exercise in front of others. At the gym I completed my daily challenge exercises and did alternate cardio on the treadmill or exercise bike with 1 weights Day a week using basic leg press and hand weights.

“I’ve lost an amazing 3.3kg and am enjoying my gym sessions more everyday, my head is clearer thanks to the sugar detox and I believe this helped put me in a better mindset to deal with my anxiety.

“I have now lost a total of 28.8kg since starting the Healthy Mummy Challenges and Smoothies in September 2014 all in my own time and comfort level without judgement and only support.”

Robyn has run 100km – and is down a jean size – in May

“I made a goal to improve my fitness and work  further on my running. I aimed to run 100km and only have 12 left to run which I will do this weekend. I beat my 5km PB which was something I set out to do. I haven’t lost kg (only 500g) but my waist has lost  another 4cm and I’m down another size in jeans,” she says.

“I’ve cut the added sugar I was putting in my honey and my kids haven’t missed sugar. They’ve been eating what we have eaten from the amazing May sugar detox meal plans.”

“My goal was to lose 10cm and after cutting sugar this month I lost 18cm all over!! I also wanted to improve my fitness,” she says.

“I am so much stronger and fitter already this month, I’ve more than doubled my work out times and everything on the fitness test!!

“My hair, nails and skin are so much healthier and a lot less oily – I haven’t had a break out once this month! I’m back in a size 12 underwear instead of a 14 and I am feeling more energetic than I have for over 6 months!!

“My mental health is so much better after cutting added sugars as well, I am feeling clear headed and my mind is no longer as foggy, even my memory is starting to get better, how crazy is that. I feel sexy again and I’m healthier than I have been in a very, very long time!”
