Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Cicily Goodwin has lost 53kg on her weight loss journey and is a true inspiration to other mums. What’s more, Cicily has lost this weight in less than 20 months!
“I used to wear size 24 tights, now I can fit both of my legs in one leg hole,” the mum of 2 said.
Samara lost 17kg and over 40cm from her body in just 8 months. She has since been maintaining her weight loss with help from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Start with small changes and eventually lead up to big changes,” She says of finding weight loss success.
Lauren has lost 27kg following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and she’s noticing MASSIVE changes in her body shape too!
She says: “I’m a nutritionist, so I know the right things to eat, but I was not taking my own advice and was eating fast food and sugar to deal with my emotions.”
From 107kg to 73kg, Melissa has made a huge transformation by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. She set out determined to reach her goals and boost her confidence in the process.
“By the end of this year I want to be 100% confident with my body and be able to fit into a size 8, I’m currently a 10,” she says.
After giving birth to her second baby, Jess surpassed her goal weight by 10kg! How? She joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Jessica says, “My original goal weight was 75kg (my pre baby weight), I lost 20kg after baby number 2 and reached 65kg before having baby number 3.”
In July 2015, Lauren decided she wanted to have a body transformation and joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Lauren’s lost 15kg and says, “I now do not focus on the scales at all, and rather go by how I feel, if I’m eating well and working out, I feel awesome, and that’s all that matters.”
Michelle has lost over 22kg since February 2017 using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge as a tool for her meal planning and exercise.
“The changes in me and my life are mind blowing. I am stronger, fitter, healthier and happier, both mentally and physically,” says Michelle.
