- 250mL low-fat milk
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tablespoons Healthy Mummy Smoothie Vanilla
- 3 ice blocks
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using. Enjoy! 🙂
