  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 250ml unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 6 ice cubes
