Any Advice For Those Looking To Join The Healthy Mummy?
- My advice would be to look at this as a lifestyle change.
- If you slip up, just jump back on the wagon and keep going.
- You do not have to punish yourself or feel horrible.
Who Are You Doing This For?
I’m doing this for me. I want to look back and love my life. I want to feel confident and excited, and do everything I want to do without wondering if I look okay or if I’m too big for that.
Also for my children, they don’t deserve to spend their life inside because their mum is ashamed of how she looks or isn’t active enough to get outside and play with them!
What Has Changed In Your Life?
Everything has changed!
I’m a better mum, I no longer have a short-temper, I’m now social and my kids get to do things. We have a happy positive home environment.
I am a completely different person – I’m confident and happy. I’ve made new friends, joined a gym, and started to do things I never thought I would.
We’re incredibly proud of Alisha, and the life she’s created for herself and family. For more information on the 28 Day Challenge click here.
