We love carrot smoothie recipes! They are packed full of fibre, Vitamin A and goodness and if you are avoiding dairy are great as they are milk free.
And when you add some spinach to this healthy mummy smoothie it boosts the nutrient content even further and ensure you have lots of extra iron to give you energy.
We have included oats in this recipe too, but you can omit or swap for chia seeds or even quinoa flakes if you are off gluten
- 2 x tbsp of healthy mummy smoothie mix in Vanilla
- 1 x carrot
- 1 x big handful of spinach
- 1 x tbsp oats
- 250 ml of water – or you can use cooled down green tea
Blend for 2-3 minutes and enjoy
