Coconut Dream – Healthy Summer Drinks

The secret ingredient is COCONUT WATER!!!! The heat is on today and this means there is a need for a refreshing drink. With weight loss, to keep yourself motivated, you need to make things interesting and delicious. This little recipe is both!!!

What you need is:

  • 2tbs of strawberry Healthy Mummy Mix
  • 200ml of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries (I used raspberry)

I have a little thing for frappes at the moment and I adore how the banana makes it creamy yet maintains the refreshing flavours.

Coconut water is also interesting, it is thought of as the natural energy drink. You can also sub other beverages into your Healthy Mummy Smoothie:

  • Try it with cool green tea
  • Or some readers have used peppermint tea and the chocolate Healthy Mummy mix
  • How about a cooled forest berry concoction?

The choice is endless.
