Fruity Tutti Smoothie Recipe

Hi Healthy Mummy Team,

I just made this smoothie this morning with the fruit I had left in the fridge and it was delicious so  i thought I would send in the recipe.
Fruity Tutti Smoothie

Fruity tutti smoothie:

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 ripe apricot
  • A few cubes of watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of strawberry healthy mummy smoothie
  • 200ml skim milk
  • 3 ice cubes. Blend all together till nice and smooth.

Hope you enjoy as much as I did! Also wanted to let you know I have lost 14kg since October and I am size 10 for the first time in many, many years!! I am so thrilled and recommend your plans and program’s to everyone who asks how I have done it!!
