Healthy Mummy Community come together for the Gidget Foundation
The Healthy Mummy has partnered with the Gidget Foundation to help raise awareness and funds for Perinatal Depression and Anxiety (PNDA).
Our amazing Healthy Mummy Community has come together to show their support by hosting their own Bun in the Oven events to help raise funds for the Gidget Foundation.
Healthy Mummy, Cassie McKay, held a morning tea and made a range of Healthy Mummy treats from the Bun in the Oven eBook, our free recipes and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Cassies raised $250 for the Gidget Foundation to support PNDA.
Cassie shares, “I amazed myself by making all of the food for the event in under 24 hours – I had been away all week and only got home on Saturday afternoon, rolled my sleeves up, put on my Healthy Mummy apron and got baking!”
“I love creating in the kitchen, and the Healthy Mummy recipes made it easy – they are not only delicious but simple and easy to prepare!”
