- 250mls almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie powder
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 frozen banana
- handful of baby spinach
- handful of ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- Serve immediately for a delicious healthy pregnancy snack.
