Icy chia berry delight
This Delicious, nutritious treat will satisfy your taste buds and is quick and easy to make.
- 2 tbs strawberry flavored Healthy Mummy smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Combine all ingredients in blender for desired time, best served chilled with the consistency to be able to eat with a spoon.
