Reaching Your Goal Weight
Before she started her Healthy Mummy journey in January this year, Kristy weighed 87kgs* (as shown in the first photo above).
Kristy says, “I will need to check the weight of the second photo, but I now weight 74.6kgs*. My first major goal is to get down to 70kgs, that’s less than 5kgs to go!”
