Mum who lost 15kg tells how she lost her bloat and how she eats to control it

Ash has lost a total of 15kg since joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, going from a size 20/22 to a 16/14.

Losing a further 10cm since we last checked in with her, Ash has now lost 84cm from her body!

“I worked hard for 5 months to get to where I am and those good habits along with Healthy Mummy smoothies and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge have set me up to recover quicker and know how to look after myself better,” said Ash.

Ash follows the low carb menu plan on The Healthy Mummy app, as she finds her body responds better to it with a lot less bloat.

“I’m now cooking to serve 6 each night which allows me to put 2 meals a night into my freezer stash,” she says.

Ash’s typical day on a plate

Breakfast: Smoothie.

Snack: Sweet snack.

Lunch: Salad or smoothie.

Snack: Savoury snack.

Dinner: A family friendly meal such as Mexican lasagne.

Snack: Greek yoghurt with Healthy Mummy drinking chocolate.

“My next goals are to continue to tone and focus on my fitness. I would love to be able to 5kms. Im looking forward to losing some more cm on my thighs and a more toned booty,” Ash says.
