This mum quit sugar 2 years ago and hasn’t looked back

The very first 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge Clare did was the Sugar Detox Challenge several years ago.

“It was the Challenge that set me set me up to change my life. It was the hardest and best challenge,” she says.

Clare’s been a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member for two years now and has lost 27kg to date!

This mum lost nearly four kilos on the Sugar Detox Challenge and it made her fall in love with The Healthy Mummy…and she hasn’t looked back since!

Clare says it was the hardest Challenge she’s done because she was addicted to white sugar. During the next 28 days, she weaned herself off the white stuff and cut it out of her life.
“That challenge saw me give up soft drink, sugar in my tea and coffee. I tried lots of new foods I still remember and love the tiramisu cupcakes from that Challenge,” Clare said.

Since her last sugar detox, Clare has not used white sugar in any of her baking.
