Siobhan Loses 8kg and 16cm

siobhan weight loss resultsWhen I decided to focus on trying to lose my baby weight and follow a weight loss plan, I spent a lot of my time researching the healthy mummy website and smoothie plans.

As a very busy mum of two it meant I was always busy and found it very hard to sit and think about me and my health so I needed a pregnancy weight loss plan that was easy to follow, kept me full and was breastfeeding safe

I was weighing a lot more than I ever had and, no clothes were fitting and seemed to live in my tracksuit!

I was primarily worried about how going onto the plans and the Healthy Mummy smoothies would affect my milk supply as it had taken a fair amount of time for my little girl and I to “get it”, and I didn’t want to affect it – which I am very happy to report that it didn’t and my milk supply was great on the plan – hooray for a breastfeeding safe weight loss plan!

I ordered the Basic Pack and the 28 Day Plan and it was fantastic – I loved it!

Starting the Healthy Mummy smoothies fired me up! The smoothies give me that much-needed energy boost first thing in the morning, no matter how my night was! I am now out every day walking between 5 – 6kms a day and feel bad if I don’t – who says you need a gym!!

I have reached my GOAL – I have lost 8.5kgs in 8 weeks, but most excitedly 16 cms off my waist! The program is not just about the weight loss, but about getting out, getting healthy and doing something for me!

I have a much better higher energy level and sleeping better – which is fantastic for everyone in my family!
