Smoothie Of The Week Winner

 

Ingredients:

  • 250mls milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1tsp almond butter/paste
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie mix

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, around 1 minute.
