- 250mls milk of choice
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1tsp almond butter/paste
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie mix
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, around 1 minute.
