Sticky Date Pudding SMOOTHIE

What you will need is:

2 tbs of chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

2 tbs of rolled oats

1 tbs of nut spread

200ml of milk

5 dates that have been soaked and drained in hot water (to soften them).
