Tahleah’s 18kg Weight Loss Update

I thought I would share this with you…I began your weight loss and healthy eating plans in July 2012 using the 28 Day Plan & the Healthy Mummy smoothies. I lost about 18kg!
It’s now 18 months later and I have maintained my weight loss quite well.
I don’t exercise quite as much as I did to begin with but I do keep pretty fit and have even been in a 5km mud run and a 6km fun run.
I am 163cm tall and am about 59kg.
I like making my desserts out of wholesome foods now rather than sugar and butter etc. but I do still treat myself as well.
Can’t believe I kept it off after I stopped breastfeeding! Pretty happy with myself lol.
