This Berry Nutty Nana Smoothie is a great way to get some extra nutrients into your pregnancy diet while enjoying a tasty snack.

Almond milk, berries, bananas and a sneaky handful of spinach will give you iron, protein and vitamins to help you feel great during your pregnancy.

Berry Nutty Nana smoothie



  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • handful of raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tbs natural yoghurt
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 serve Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie
