Add a Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie into your pregnancy diet for a tasty and easy to prepare snack to add some extra nutrients especially for you and your growing baby.


  • 8 strawberries
  • 6 cubes of rockmelon
  • pulp from 1 passionfruit
  • 1/2 a kiwi fruit
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 250ml coconut water
  • dash of skim milk
