- 8 strawberries
- 6 cubes of rockmelon
- pulp from 1 passionfruit
- 1/2 a kiwi fruit
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 250ml coconut water
- dash of skim milk

- Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- Serve immediately for a delicious healthy pregnancy snack.
