Lozzi started her weight loss journey with The Healthy Mummy almost 4 years ago. “I was 8 weeks post partum and was the heaviest I had ever been.”

Lozzi said she was weighing in at 72kgs and felt tired, sluggish and weak. “I had seen all of these amazing Healthy Mummy transformations on Facebook and thought maybe this will work for me too?”. That’s when Lozzi purchased a Healthy Mummy Smoothie and the original 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge book.

The weight came off consistently, but having Hashimoto’s Disease it was slow. About 500gm a week,” Lozzi reveals. “I got down to 55kgs, the lightest I had ever been in my life and I loved it. I felt good.”

“Rewind to January this year, I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin.” Sarah says, “I have come so far and feel so healthy inside and out. Mentally I am improving too I love how Healthy Mummy has helped me to think differently in so many ways.”

All I can say is I feel amazing, I feel amazing wherever I go. There is no hiding away from shop mirrors, avoiding the smaller sized shops, and taking ages to find something to wear!,” Dominique says. 

It takes me 2 seconds to get dressed, and no matter what I put on I feel great and confident in! I love looking back at myself in the mirrors at shops and seeing my transformation and seeing how far I’ve come. I see my smile, my happiness and my determination.

Dominque would like to lose 1 more kilogram and then she is on a mission to maintain her weight.
