Zesty Cheesecake Smoothie

Here at the Healthy Mummy, we are always coming up with new and delicious smoothie recipes that you can create with your Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixes. Today is no exception.

Zesty lemon and cheesecake smoothie

What you  need is:

  • 2tbs of vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • The zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbs of greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs of oats
  • 2 tbs of almond meal
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 250ml of milk

Blitz it together and try not to drink it too quickly!!
