Zesty Cheesecake Smoothie

What youย need is:
- 2tbs of vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- The juice of 2 lemons
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbs of greek yoghurt
- 2 tbs of oats
- 2 tbs of almond meal
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 250ml of milk
Blitz it together and try not to drink it too quickly!!
