2. Easy Fried Rice

Who doesn’t love fried rice? And this version couldn’t be easier.

Bella Marie can’t stop making this one as it’s ever so easy and delicious.  She says “Garlic Prawn Stir fry for Dinner.

I just cooked up some veggies and bought some garlic prawns from the deli at Woolworths where I work”. Presto!

4. Chicken Burrito Bowl

This recipe is perfect for fussy eaters.  Chop everything up in small bowls and let your family pick what they like.

For husbands or growing kids, serve theirs with a wrap.

Cassie McKay says “I had a real hankering for prawn rice paper rolls today.

Quickly checked the Healthy Mummy App and was excited to see a recipe for Spicy Prawn Rice Paper Rolls!

I was able to make them with staples that I had on hand (I always have prawns in the freezer).

Quickly cooked up a dipping sauce of hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, garlic, chilli and water while I made the rolls.

They tasted better than takeaway and at just a fraction of the cost!”
