These four incredible mums between them have lost a whopping 184 kilos by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. In April, they are sharing their own month long personalised and customised meal plans in the Healthy Mummy App that helped them with their amazing weight loss success!

Chelsea Dixon
Wowsers! We are so impressed with Chelsea Dixon’s incredible transformation. She’s lost 62kg by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
The mum-of-four, who is based in the Sunshine Coast, credits meal planning and prepping for her fantastic success in dropping kilos and leading a healthier lifestyle.
Chelsea explains her meal plan and why she chooses certain recipes that work for her
There HEAPS of meal plans on The Healthy Mummy app and Chelsea explains that she usually follows the higher calorie or pantry basics meal plans on the app. Her target number of calories is 1823 a day.
“I pick between the meal plans I have and to hit my calories.”
BREAKFAST
For Breakfast, Chelsea has a Healthy Mummy Tummy smoothie.
“My go-to breakfast is a smoothie using the tummy range,” she says.
“I love the smoothies as they are quick easy convenient great for a busy mum/woman you can take them anywhere.”
LUNCH
When it comes to lunch, Chelsea likes to have a Chicken Schnitzel or Cheesy Taco Pasta.
“I also love the Healthy Mummy Burgers. I love having bigger meals at lunch to keep me full as I find afternoon is snack time but if I’m full and content I get through,” she says.
DINNER
Family favourites are One Pot Spaghetti, Mexican Lasagne, Mexican Chicken and Salad as well as Beef Rissoles and veggies.
“I love having these for dinner as these are family favourites it’s so simple to bulk prep all of these meals to have them ready to go for me and my family,” says Chelsea.
SNACKS
Top snacks for Chelsea are the Mug Cakes as well as the Choc Peanut Butter Cake.
“I have a sweet tooth so I love all the Mug Cakes my fave is the Lava Cake, Choc Peanut Butter Cake, Chocolate & Strawberry Parfait, Stewed Apples and Sweet Potato Muffins,” she says.
“These are easy to prep or take only a few minutes to make and are worth the wait to hit the spot of my sweet tooth.”

EXERCISE
“I use The Healthy Mummy app workout 2-3 days a week including the Tabata express, Boxing & Take 10 workouts,” she says.
“These are all my favourites especially when time poor or just need something quick or break them up throughout the day.”

Lina Adams
Lina looks incredible, losing 29kg by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
In fact, the mum-of-two says it was meal planning, portion control and learning about healthy food that really helped her shift weight.
Lina explains her meal plan and why she chooses certain recipes that work for her
With all the different meal plan options in the The Healthy Mummy app Lina often follows the Budget / Timesaver meal plan. Her target calories is 1639 calories per day.
When it comes to breakfast, Lina loves The Healthy Mummy smoothies.
BREAKFAST
“My breakfast is Smoothie, because it’s easy to make, full of nutrients and I can have it while I do school drop off,” she says.
LUNCH
What’s more, Lina also drinks a Healthy Mummy smoothie at lunch or chooses to make an easy meal from the app.
“Most of the time I have a smoothie lunch, sometimes when I have time I make an easy lunch from the Healthy Mummy recipe such as sandwich, wrap or rice paper rolls,” she says.
DINNER
In Lina’s household, there are many dietary requirements, so she has to tailor dinner for everyone’s needs.
“Dinner can be a bit difficult. But since I’ve followed the Healthy Mummy, there’s so many recipes from the app that I can choose,” she says.
“It’s also easier to find the recipe that is suitable for my family with the filter button on the App. My kids and I love the Easy Fried Rice, as it’s easy to make, low budget but it’s so yummy. Also I can make Vegan options for my husband.”
SNACKS
It’s all about fulfilling treats when it comes to snacks and ones Lina can make in big batches.
“My to go snacks are Carrot and Zucchini Cake, Healthy Lemon Cake and Apple and Zucchini Muffins,” she says.
“I love those snacks because it’s fulfilling, taste so good, I can make them in a big batch and keep them in the freezer. Also it’s within my calories range.
“Other Healthy Mummy products that I’m using are Control X, Carb X, Super Greens, Collagen and Healthy Mummy SKIN.”

Lina Adams has lost 29 kilos
Amazingly, Lina has lost 29kg, going from 82.8kg down to 53.6kg – she dropped the first 20kg in just 6 months and has gone from a size 14 down to a size 6!
“For me, The Healthy Mummy is a lifestyle not a diet, I live with it everyday. I have been maintaining my weight since November last year, now I would like to tone up my body and maybe to lose another 2 kg if I can.”
Lina keeps active with a mix of HIIT, weight training and a bit of cardio.
“I exercise 4-5 days a week around 30 minutes to 1 hour a day,” she adds. “I also doing Booty Band Workouts, Dance Cardio and Fit programs all of which I get from the app,” she says.
“I felt my energy levels have increased and I have energy to chase my boys around. My general wellbeing has improved and I feel much happier with life.”
Lina’s tips for success
- Do not give up if you have bad day. It’s important to get back into the program as soon as possible and not let a bad meal snowball.
- Have a smoothie to snack to curb cravings. When you are feeling like you want to eat something naughty I find that I just try to have my smoothie early or have a healthy snack because the longer I think about making bad choice the more likely I am to do it.
Melissa Timmer
Mel has had an amazing transformation following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
In just 9 months, the stunning mum of 2 Mel lost a whopping 37 kilos, and has been maintaining a healthy weight for 4 years.
Mel credits her weight loss and maintenance to using the Healthy Mummy App which allows her to enjoy a healthy balanced lifestyle never feeling deprived of the things she loves.
Mel explains her Meal Plan and why she’s chosen the meals that work for her and her family
Mel works off the 1500 calorie meal plans in the Healthy Mummy app, and with so many different meal plans to choose from likes to switch it up between the Budget/Time Saver and Keto options. She also swaps out meals to suit what she has in the pantry.
Breakfast
When it comes to the mornings, Mel can’t go past a Healthy Mummy Smoothie for breakfast.
“I love the Healthy Mummy Smoothies, I find they are a great filling option, high in protein and taste amazing, it ticks all the boxes for me as its quick, budget friendly and just really handy, it’s what has worked for me for 5 years now.’
Mel has at least 1 to 2 smoothies a day and likes the peace of mind knowing she is fuelling her body with lots of nutrients, vitamims and minerals to start her day off the right ways.

Lunch
Mel usually is at home lunchtimes so likes to have a salad or left overs from the night before.
‘I don’t have time to make a meal usually, so left overs are a great option. I tend to have some rice cakes with toppings like ham, cheese, and tomato, if I’m looking for something quick and easy.
I also like to feel full and I like bigger portions so I tend to also choose options that are lower in calories so I can have more of it.’
Dinner
Mel admits that she’s often time poor around dinner times so doesn’t like to spend a long time preparing meals in the kitchen.
‘Dinner for me is usually something that is quick or made under an hour max, most dinners are done within 30 min. We have sports on every afternoon so time is crucial.’
‘Dinner is always protein with veggies or salad, if we do a pasta or rice dish ill always add grated veggies, I love meals that you can bulk up and freeze. My partner also takes lunch to work so we usually make extra for the next day.’

Snacks
Mel has a sweet tooth so tends to opt for sweeter options for snacks so she doesn’t feel like she’s being deprived.
‘My go to are the banana oat and coconut muffins, I love how filling they are and can be eaten room temp, I also love bliss balls or slices.’
‘In the afternoons around sport times I tend to snack more often so I usually will have a protein shake during these times I’ll mix it with water and I find his helps with over eating.’
Mel also uses lots of different Healthy Mummy Products.
‘I use all the SKIN products, protein powders and super greens.’
Mel’s exercise regime in a typical week
Mel loves all the strength and stronger workouts in the Healthy Mummy App, boxing being her favourite.
‘I workout every day 5 days a week about 50 min at a time and on the weekends ill try to do something active with the kids, whether its a play centre, walk along the beach, or take the dog for a walk.’
While Mel lost 37 kilos in 9 months and has been maintaining her weight for 4 years, she no longer focuses on the scales.
‘I don’t care about what the number is, it doesn’t define me or my progress. I don’t aim for weight loss I focus more on fitness related goals, I focus on how i feel. If i don’t feel great i’ll cut back and watch what I’m eating more closely, I’ll be a little more strict and focus on what I did in the beginning.’
‘It really has changed my life and i don’t feel like i’m on a diet, this is just the normal for me and it’s how I choose to live my best life. I make good choices and I am committed to my health and fitness.’

Cicily Goodwin

There are SO MANY meal plans on The Healthy Mummy app and Cicily reveals she follows the Budget / Timesaver meal plan. Her target calories is 1700 calories per day.
BREAKFAST
When it comes to breakfast, Cicily is a big fan of The Healthy Mummy smoothies. She also likes the Carrot Cake Overnight Oats.
“Mornings are busy for me, so time saving recipes are definitely my go to,” she says.
LUNCH
Lunch is often another smoothie or leftovers from the night before.
“My kids are now at school and I’m currently working from home so am able to cook during the day. This time is often when I’ll make my main meal or do some prep for dinner too,” says Cicily.
DINNER
Cicily tends to opt for quick and easy meals for dinner,
“Hawaiian Rolls, Soba Noodles with Salmon, Beef and Sweet Potato Curry and Salmon with White Bean Purée are my favourite dinners! They’re quick, easy to make & everyone in the family enjoys them,” she says.

SNACKS
“Peanut Bubble Crunch or a simple snack plate – any of the dips with veggie sticks. I like to keep balance with sweet and savoury, I try to plan one of each per day,” says Cicily.

EXERCISE
Cicily does the Advanced core and Butt & Thighs workouts from The Healthy Mummy app two to three times per week.
“It took me 18 months to lose 53kgs, and then an extra few lost along the journey of maintaining,” adds Cicily.
“I’ve been maintaining my goal weight for the past four years and am now pursuing new goals to push myself even further, I plan to lose another 8kgs in 2022.”
