After meeting online through The Healthy Mummy Support Group, 5 mums who have been each other’s rock throughout their weight loss journey FINALLY MEET! These 5 fabulous ladies from all over Australia have been smashing their goals and have lost over 200Kgs* and 100’s of centimetres!

The Healthy Mummy stands for SUPPORT! And this support is what has kept these ladies on track!

This is the ultimate story of friendship, and how when women support women, they can achieve incredible things.

When these mums joined The Healthy Mummy community a couple of years ago they were just looking for some support to keep them motivated on their weight loss journey. But when you join The Healthy Mummy community you find sisters and friends for life.

These ladies have been each on their own individual weight loss journey but when they needed support, advice, motivation or just a little push to keep going they found each other.

After a long time of just chatting online or over the phone these mums decided to fly in from all over Australia to meet up in person and finally get to give each other a big hug!

Amy’s weight loss journey

Amy is 28 years old and has 4 children ages 3, 4, 5 & 6. She lives in Hillcrest, Tasmania.


Since joining The Healthy Mummy in Sept 2015 Amy has lost over 56Kgs*, gone from a size 26 to a 16 and become healthier and fitter. She says “The Healthy Mummy program is just a part of my life now”.

Weight loss results:

How the friendship developed and Amy helped plan the meet up

“We have formed a sister like friendship since meeting on the Healthy Mummy Support Group and being Motivating Mums back in October 2017.

Zoe originally contacted me to see if I would help surprise Tegan (another Healthy Mummy mum). I then organised a Tassie catch up and planned a dinner.

Once the event was made, I said to the other girls that it would be amazing if they came too, so we could all be officially in the same room”.

The rest, they say is history!

Alicia’s weight loss journey

Alicia (below right) is 33 years old and has 2 children ages 3 and 2. She lives in Barossa Valley, South Australia.

In June, Alicia celebrated her 4 year anniversary with The Healthy Mummy support group and when she began using the Healthy Mummy Smoothies.  September 2018 will mark her 1 year anniversary of doing the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.

Weight loss results:

How the friendship developed and the meet up came about

“Myself, Melanie, Amy and Michelle have been friends since 2017 through The Healthy Mummy Support Facebook Group and a shared love for The Healthy Mummy Program.

We talk on a daily basis and when we found out that Zoe was heading to Tasmania for a Healthy Mummy dinner, we decided we all just had to be together in the same room!. So we made it happen!

“We have all become like sisters”.

Melanie’s weight loss journey

Melanie (below, left) is 27 years old and has 1 child age 4. She lives on Gold Coast, Queensland.

“I’ve battled mental health and a myriad of physical health issues including 2 major surgeries since the start of my weight loss adventure, all of which have improved since being on The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges”.

Melanie has lost a whopping 48Kgs* by following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges since November 2015, and over 220cms* from her body.

Her next goal in to reach 79Kgs*.

Michelle’s weight loss journey

Michelle is 47 years old and has 7 children ages 29, 27, 24, 18, 6, 6, and 4. She lives in Boorowa, NSW.

Michelle has lost 25Kgs* and 100 cms* following the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and using Healthy Mummy products.

How the meet up came about

Amy organised an amazing surprise for Tegan (another Healthy Mummy mum) and she threw a get together dinner for Tassie so it was the perfect timing. 

The time came for us to cuddle and be in the same room”.

Zoe Molloy’s weight loss journey

Zoe is 23 years old and has 2 children, both aged 1. She lives in Maryborough, Queensland.

Weight loss results

Zoe has lost 53kgs* with The Healthy Mummy recipes and Healthy Mummy Smoothies combined with daily walks and Zumba classes.  She says “I try to stick to me recommended daily calories and keeping up with my water intake”.

Zoe has reached her goal weight and is now focused on maintaining her weight and building more muscle. As well as getting on top of some of her ongoing bloating and gut issues with a plant only based meal plan.


How Zoe triggered the meet up

“We met up in Tassie after I planned a surprise visit for Tegan and was informed that these lovely ladies were going to be there too. I got to meet 5 people I’ve never met before, all at the same time. It was great, and now we have formed an amazing friendship“.


These 5 mum’s share 8 tips for success on the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge:

  • Set yourself small goals. Rather than focusing on losing eg. 30kg look at it as 5kg at a time
  • Meal prep when you have the time as you will have days where you won’t feel like cooking so having that healthier option there makes it easier to grab.
  • Take photos and measurements in addition to weighing yourself. Those scales can be pesky things and play mean.
  • Eat your recommended daily calories.
  • Drink up!! Stay hydrated.
  • Reward yourself with each milestone you make.
  • Make Exercise fun and include the family.
