Choc orange super smoothie PACKED with veggies

28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Clare Poole has been blending up a storm lately, and here is her latest creation.

A fruit and veggie packed smoothie using the fantastic new CHOC ORANGE flavour Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix.

Clare says, “This one was way out of my comfort zone, but it turned out really yummy!”

We love adding baby spinach to smoothies. Not only does it give a big burst of fibre and minerals, it’s so mild tasting that it really doesn’t affect the flavour of the smoothie at all.

Ingredients
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc orange flavour
  • 1 pear cored and chopped
  • 1/4 zucchini chopped
  • 1/2 orange peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 sprigs celery leaves optional
  • 7 cubes ice

  • 1 pear cored and chopped
  • 1/4 zucchini chopped
  • 1/2 orange peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 7 cubes ice

  1. Add all ingredents to blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes
