Sam has lost a massive 18 kilograms since signing up the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in March. She has lost a total of 20 kilograms this year.
In the four months following her becoming 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member, Sam went from a size 20 to a size 14.
Making the commitment
Sam says, “I originally committed to 6 months on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, but loved it so much I changed to a yearly subscription.”
This month, Sam is on a mission to increase her fitness and continue to lose 500 grams to 1 kilogram a week.
Sam reveals, “I plan to do this by keeping up my daily exercise and using meal prep to keep my food on track!”
While the Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is designed for mums – that doesn’t mean the rest of the family can’t benefit from the Challenge too.
Sam says, “Our whole family have joined in on the healthy Mummy transformation with my husband losing 18kgs also! We all enjoy the meals and Healthy Mummy smoothies.”
