Green Pineapples
Spring has sprung! The warmer weather is exciting and new flavours call for our tasting.
This refreshing Healthy Mummy Smoothie will leave your feeling invigorated, alive and raring to go with all the health benefits of pineapple and green tea.
What you need is:
- 2 tbs of vanilla (or strawberry) Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1/2 banana (frozen if you like)
- 1/2 cup pf diced pineapple (if you are using canned, choose pineapple in juice)
- 1 large handful of greens (baby spinach is a good option)
- 200 ml of cooled green tea
Blitz it together (for a little longer due to spinach) and enjoy this refreshing Spring Smoothie
