The answer was A LOT!

“Of course, I had to buy ingredients initially BUT this snack prep was NOT planned and I nailed it with pantry essentials and staples using the search function in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge app!
One hour and I am all set for a week or two as half will go in the freezer!
I also managed to prep my dry ingredients for 11 smoothies that I can have as snacks or mains – Winning!!!”

“Let’s get down to what went on today!
I managed to whip up 86 snacks.
14 Ham and Cheese Spinach Muffins
(I used the normal recipe and made smaller to snack sizes)
15 Nutella Bliss Balls
20 Peanut butter Fudge Bars
14 Bounty Cupcakes
8 Apple & Berry Scrolls
5 Packets of pretzels I found hiding in the pantry!!

That’s a whole lot of food for a little bit of money in not much time! You can’t ask for much more than that.”
