- 1 serve Healthy Mummy Berry Smoothie Mix
- 250 ml reduced-fat milk of choice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp oats
- 1 tsp cocoa/ cacao powder
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tsp almond meal
Ingredients

- Place all ingredients except the almond meal into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with almond meal to serve.
