Use fresh or frozen mango and raspberries for this one and add it to your healthy eating plan to help you lose weight.

Ingredients
Raspberry Layer:
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp chia
Mango Layer:
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

Instructions
- Place all ingredients for the mango layer into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Pour into a tall glass
- Add the raspberry layer ingredients to your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Slowly pour on top of the raspberry layer, ensuring it doesn't mix.
- Enjoy!
