Spring Has Sprung With This Vibrant Sunrise Smoothie

Wake up to the vibrant colours of this Healthy Mummy Smoothie which just screams SPRING.

Layering adds a bit of fun to your smoothie, as you can enjoy two contrasting but equally delicious flavours in the one tall glass.

Use fresh or frozen mango and raspberries for this one and add it to your healthy eating plan to help you lose weight.

Raspberry Layer:
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp chia
Mango Layer:
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

Raspberry Layer:
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp chia
Mango Layer:
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients for the mango layer into your blender
  2. Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  3. Pour into a tall glass
  4. Add the raspberry layer ingredients to your blender
  5. Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  6. Slowly pour on top of the raspberry layer, ensuring it doesn't mix.
  7. Enjoy!
