This gorgeous mum confirms that it’s not only her hair colour that has changed since finding The Healthy Mummy.

“In the photo above I am wearing the same pants. They never used to stay up and now they’re slipping off!” says Meagan.

“When I started this journey I was in a dark place, I didn’t understand my head or my heart. I hated myself, I didn’t see anything good. I had no energy. And now? I love me, I smile, I fuel my body, with SO MUCH FOOD.”

Making Better Choices

“The Healthy Mummy has taught me so much.

“I make smart choices 90% of the time now and if I slip up I just get back on the horse.

“I love to keep active! I look in the mirror and I see happy. I go to sleep and I know happy! And it was all for me (and my two sons). But mainly, just for me!” says Meagan of her amazing transformation.
