Kaitie says “As busy mums no one wants to it be stuck in the kitchen doing dishes, well I know I certainly don’t!

“These fabulous healthy one pot meals all have 5 ingredients or less and are set to please! I made them all at once in about an hour.

“Less time in the kitchen, less dishes and more time with your family. What more could you want?”

We couldn’t agree more. Kaitie made 16 serves in total of healthy dinners that the whole family can share, or that she can freeze to use for another meal for herself.

Kaitie says “I had all the ingredients at home except the chicken breast so it was easy to get started.”

4.Lemon Chicken and Roast Vegetables (4 serves)

After a quick blast on the stovetop, sling it all in the oven and let it cook away while you get on with other things. Another delicious one pot meals!
