Kerrie’s weight loss results

At 48 years old Kerrie proves that age is no barrier to body transformation and weight loss.  In just 16 months she has gone from feeling frumpy and unfit at the age of 47 (below left) to feeling fabulous and fit at the age of 48 (below right).

Not only has she lost 17kgs* (down from 77kgs* to 60kgs*) she has also slimmed down from a size 14/16 to a size 8. All by following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.

Biggest achievement

“I am no longer held back by health issues and tiredness. I feel an overwhelming sense of freedom to live my life exactly how I wanted too”.

Kerrie says the weight that she has lost by following The Healthy Mummy Challenges has brought her happiness through an overwhelming sense of freedom.

She says “I feel freedom in my health and general wellbeing and I am no longer held back by health issues and tiredness.  

Freedom in what I wear in that I can get ready in 5 minutes instead of obsessing for ages about how I look. 

And freedom to now be active with my family and not sit on the sidelines anymore.

Just a sense of freedom to live a life exactly how I wanted too”. 

Michelle’s weight loss results

At 47 years old (below left) Michelle is looking way younger than her 42 year old self (below right).

Not only has she lost 30kgs*(down from 100kgs* to 70kgs*) she has also gone from a size 18-20 down to a size 10-12.  Read more about her weight loss journey here.

Biggest achievement

“When you try on your birthday goal outfit and it fits!” What better way to show off my Healthy Mummy results.

Michelle says, “my birthday is in December and my goal was and still is to wear this outfit out…. in public……and be proud!”.

She says “I didn’t think it would even fit over my hips or that I could do it up.

As super proud as I am, this has made me even more determined to achieve my goal and to stay focused.

It’s a battle some days to believe that I don’t have to shop in the men’s section or from plus size labels. And to even believe I can wear a jumpsuit.

It’s been a long time since I had this much fun with clothes!”

Helen’s weight loss results

In the 14 months that Helen has been following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges she has lost just over 13kgs* and gone from a size 16-18 down to a size 10.

Biggest achievement

“My resting heart rate was between 116 and 99. Today it is 60”.

Helen says “When I started The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges just over a year ago, my resting heart rate was anywhere between 116 to 99. Fast forward to today and it’s 60!
 
I’m a very happy Healthy Mummy right now!
 
Also my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are all now in the normal range. The Healthy Mummy Program has helped me improve my overall health as well as lose the weight!
