I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you and I wanted to share with you my before and current picture photo since I have reached my first mini goal of pre pregnancy with baby number 2.
I have 25kg more to go and have lost a total of 27kg since the first photo.! I’ve been so looking forward to trying your healthy mummy smoothies and 28 day plan meal plans since I found out I was pregnant with number 2.
My baby girl was born on April 23rd and I started the healthy eating 28 Day Plan as soon as I got home.
I started the healthy mummy smoothies at 5 weeks post birth and loved that they are safe in breastfeeding…I was 122kg when I had my baby and now almost 12 weeks later am 95.5kg.
I have reached my halfway mark (goal is 70kg) and I couldn’t be happier.
So thank you thank you thank you and really looking forward to sending in my photos again and my updated story when I’m a little closer to my goal!
