This week is a huge one for me as I have now passed my pre-pregnancy weight and these weight loss plans have been the best way to lose weight I have ever found
I have a little more to go but I am now past halfway and the best part of this weight loss plan is it has all been done very sustainably!
I’m feeling much fitter, more toned and still have great energy, which is perfect as my daughter is about to start crawling any day now.
I am at 87kgs and have dropped 9kgs and 1-2 dress sizes already.
I’m back jogging and doing pilates as well as the odd Healthy Mummy exercise Dvd session during nap time.
Food-wise I replace 1-2 meals per day with a Lose Baby Weight Healthy Mummy smoothie, my favourite being the Chia-Choc-Nana

- 1 tsp oatbran

- 1 tsp chia seeds
- skim or rice milk
