Top tips when shopping for the right jeans for your body type

Here are a few things to think about when you start shopping…

1. Stay away from low-rise jeans if you are pear or apple shaped

They will draw attention to your stomach area and give you a muffin top effect if you are carrying a bit more weight around your tummy.

2. High waisted jeans create a streamline look with a top tucked into them

Curvier girls can accentuate their curves but also look more streamline if they wear high waisted jeans with a top tucked into them.

3. Avoid skinny jeans if you have an hourglass figure

The best type of jeans you can wear if you have an hourglass figure, or have a little more weight on your thighs, are jeans with a wider cut.
