Each month a handful of Healthy Mummy Squad Mums are selected to help empower other mums on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge stay on track and motivated.

These mums are ON THE CHALLENGE themselves – and know the ins and outs of the program! They are the perfect go-to resource for all Challenge related questions, concerns tips and tricks!

So, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce June’s Squad Mums to you!

Lauren

Lauren says, “I have lost 15kgs* by following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and by drinking 1 Healthy Mummy Smoothie per day.

“I recently gained 5kg due to some women’s health issues, but those issues have now resolved. So this June, my goal is to shed those 5kg and reclaim my goal weight, my fitness and my energy.

“I am doing this program because I know it works! It has become my way of life and I can never imagine going back to the way I used to be and the way I used to eat. This is a lifestyle that I can and will maintain for life!”

Chloe

Chloe says, “I have lost 40kgs* using both the Healthy Mummy smoothies and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I will generally have 2 smoothies a day, one for breakfast and another for lunch.

My goal for June is to get back on track. I don’t want this winter to be like previous winters that I have gained a ‘winter layer’.

“I am taking a focus on my fitness and measurements rather than the scales this month and will be making a point of moving my body every day!

“The Healthy Mummy is our way of life now, it’s not a diet or a fad. It’s a total lifestyle change that the whole family can be apart of. We will never go back to our old ways!”

Nikola

Nikola says, “I have lost 16kgs* and 110cm* from my body following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and using the Healthy Mummy smoothies. This June challenge will be my 23rd challenge back to back!”

Nikola’s goals for June are:

  • To drink more water (it’s a little harder in the cooler months)
  • To keep a visual food diary (to help her stay on track)
  • Move her body everyday

“What I love most about the Healthy Mummy is that it isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change that you can maintain forever, even after you reach your goal!

Samara

Samara says, “I have been using the Healthy Mummy challenges, smoothies and products since January 2016. In that time I have managed to lose 17kgs* and keep it off!”

“My main goal for June is to tone up! I have my sisters wedding in August so I’d love to look and feel as amazing as possible. I will keep my water intake up and move my body every day!”

Emma says, “I’ve lost 25kgs* from following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and having 2 smoothies each day.”

My goal for the June 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is to stay on track and maintain my weight. I will also be aiming to increase my exercise, keep my body moving and increase my water intake, as I struggle with this especially during winter.”
