Hi! My name is Kristy and I have lost 13kg by using the Healthy Mummy products and plans
I am mum to a 5 month old and 2 ½ year old.
Like so many, I was worried about losing a lot of weight whilst breastfeeding so I did my research. I already had quite a lot of knowledge regarding nutrition and exercise, so I knew what to do, I was just struggling with making time to prioritise myself and do all the meal preparation that I used to do, pre children. I seemed to revert to quick high carb low protein options like a white bread cheese sandwich!

I have found it SO easy to stick to the plan, I feel satisfied and am never hungry, and my milk supply is better than ever. I usually add berries, banana, or mango, and yoghurt to the smoothies, and they are thick, filling, and delicious. I find them so convenient wen I am busy juggling 2 children, or rushing off to work.
Our babies are our number 1 priority, but it is also important that we mums give ourselves the attention we need to feel their best, which in turn makes us better mums! I am enjoying this process and so looking forward to reaching my goal and being the best version of myself
