Mocha Frappe Smoothie

A huge thank you to Lee Seaton for sending in this delicious Mocha Frappe Smoothie recipe – perfect for a healthy mummy smoothie full of taste and flavour and so easy to make!

Mocha Frappe Smoothie


  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 6-8 pieces frozen banana (1 whole banana)
  • 1 Tbsp LSA
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1Tsp Instant Coffee – use decaff if you are breastfeeding

Blend all together until smooth. (You may wish to pulse the ice a little before adding the rest of the ingredients)
