- 6-8 ice cubes
- 6-8 pieces frozen banana (1 whole banana)
- 1 Tbsp LSA
- 200ml milk
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1Tsp Instant Coffee – use decaff if you are breastfeeding
Blend all together until smooth. (You may wish to pulse the ice a little before adding the rest of the ingredients)
