It’s been 16 months since Haley Bartlett started her weight loss journey on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and she’s lost 18kg. How amazing is that?

Haley decided to lose weight after having her third child.“I was suffering from postnatal depression at my heaviest and knew I needed to make big changes,” confesses Haley.

So she jumped in with both feet and signed up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, and she hasn’t looked back since! 16 months later, Haley has said goodbye to 18kgs and over 75cms. 

“Over the past 16 months I have learnt to put myself first, show myself some love, new healthier ways to eat and how to move my body each day,” says Haley.
