Mum makes 104 serves of snacks with NO food shop

This Healthy Mummy ensures she uses what she’s got to the best of her and her family’s advantage. Sascha made 104 serves of snacks with (get this) NO food shop and just used what she had at home, amazing!

She also meal prepped 32 serves of main meals but did a food shop for those.

The busy mum cooked up this impressive spread whenever she could over 3 days.

Sascha’s food shop (pictured) was for mains and household essentials. She spent $97.16 in total which will last a week and feed her family of 4, with an extra adult 3 times a week.

The leftover ingredients will be frozen or last into her next week!

Sascha adds, “I cooked easy fried rice & nachos at the same time as both are super easy and delicious. I made fritters and meatballs while the chicken drumsticks were cooking one day and did their salads the next/on the night of serving.”
