2017 has been a good year for Nicole. In January she took the plunge to lose weight and become healthier and now, six months on, she’s lost a fantastic 15kg and is feeling fab!

Nicole says, “I think this pic may some it up best. I remember this day in January (it was the 14th to be exact) and it was my first week of my journey.
“It was a kid’s birthday party at McDonald’s and I ordered a salad (for the first one ever!) I was constantly tired, unhappy, and sick of nothing fitting me – I was ashamed.
“Although I am early into my journey, this is what I have achieved in less than six months – 15kg down, healthier, fitter and feeling so much better for it!
“Using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, my fabulous PT group sessions and generally just getting off my butt more, I have achieved more than I thought – let’s bring on the next 6 months no see what can be achieved!”
