I found the Healthy Mummy while searching for a breastfeeding friendly meal replacement after my third child was born in 2012. I was 120kgs, desperately unhappy and found that I was skipping a lot of meals.

After starting the Healthy Mummy smoothies and challenges, I have lost over 40kgs* and have had a fourth baby! I absolutely love everything about the Healthy Mummy plans and how they easily fit into our busy life!
Since the beginning of my journey I have also found a whole new me! I am now a mum who gets out there and does stuff!
I run around at the playground with my kids and can keep up with them. We all walk to and from school daily, whereas the 120kg me would have driven. I am now a mum that who gets involved with my kids and doesn’t sit on the sidelines and watch.
I am now the mum I wanted to be when I first started my weight loss journey.
I’m not at my goal yet – I’m not exactly sure what my end goal is – but I know that with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge I will get there!
