Mum of two loses over 51kg and has her sights set on the last 10kg!

Dusty Skye has now lost 51kg and over 150cm on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. That’s another 5kg since we last spoke with the mum of two.

A big fan of meal prepping, Dusty keeps her meal plan clean and structured but still has pasta for dinner!

“My next goal is to lose my last 10kg and to start toning up, booty gains!” she says.

Carbs are on the menu in Dusty Skye’s Healthy Mummy meal plan and she chooses meals from the recipe hub that she knows her family will love and that suit her budget!

She says, “I meal prep around 60 meals and over 100 snacks once a fortnight.”

Dusty Skye’s day on a plate:

Breakfast: A glass of water as soon as she wakes every morning with a squeeze of lemon followed by a Healthy Mummy smoothie.

Snack: Peanut bubble crunch (a favourite at the moment) or a muffin or bliss balls.

Lunch: A Healthy Mummy smoothie is usually Dusty Skye’s go-to for lunch, “being a mum I find it hard to fit in a meal throughout the day, this is why I love the smoothies but if I do have time I’ll find something from the recipe hub,” she says.

Dinner: Something quick and easy like Mushroom and bacon ravioli or whatever is in Dusty Skye’s freezer stash.
