When I was pregnant the second time I really relaxed my eating habits and basically ate too much. I put on 30kg of weight and reached 100kg. I had never been heavier in my life.

Just before my baby was born I knew I would have to do something about my weight after the birth as I was incredibly unhealthy. I found the site on Facebook.

You could say I have tried every diet known to man, but as a lot of them are quick fixes, I last just a week.

I was desperate to lose my pregnancy weight and couldn’t wait to start the Healthy Mummy Smoothies.

As soon as I got home from the hospital I started drinking the healthy mummy smoothies.

As I have tried many meal replacement shakes and weight loss shakes I was anxious about the taste of these Healthy Mummy Smoothies but they are great. Delicious and I am very fussy with foods.

It has been 10 weeks and I have lost 10kg. I now weigh 85kg and I am still having the smoothies as it is so convenient. Having two kids keeps me very busy and with the Healthy Mummy Smoothies I know I am getting something nutritious.

I have recommended this to other mums to try as I love it so much. Thanks heaps for creating something that doesn’t make you feel like your dieting.
