Pina Colada Smoothie

Oh my oh my. This is AMAZING! How can healthy eating/drinking be so freaking amazingly delicious.

This Healthy Mummy Smoothie is fab and it tastes like summer

It contains:

  • 2tbs of vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 2 rings of drained pineapple
  • 1tbs of shredded coconut
  • 200ml of milk

Pineapple is such a yummy summer fruit. Even though it is not in season at the moment, try it canned for some summer flavours. Just make sure it is natural juices rather than syrup. Here are some other tips about buying frozen and canned.

Pineapple is a nutrition packed fruit which is high in vitamin C, beta carotene, manganese and fibre.
