The dream smoothie. I am in heaven. Healthy eating and drinking, can be your middle name.

  • 2 tbs of Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbs of natural low-fat yoghurt
  • 200ml of milk

This smoothie is great for fibre because the Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix has 6grams of fibre from natural sources such as flaxseed and pumpkin seed meal. Have a read here on how much fibre you need each day.

The smoothie is also a great source of protein as it has 10grams of protein per serve in the Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix and there is also a couple of additional grams of protein from the yoghurt.

Both protein and fibre are great for keeping you feeling fuller for longer. The sensation of satiety has been shown to lead to increasing your chances of weight loss.
