We are thrilled to see that through this encouragement, together with Jessica’s own determination she has lost a whopping 20kg and is enjoying a dramatic body transformation. In addition to her increased energy and confidence her husband and son have benefited in a way she had never imagined.

I love that the challenge is so family friendly, and it’s definitely a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. My husband has lost a heap of weight since I’ve started the Healthy Mummy journey and my 2 year olds behaviour is so much better as we aren’t eating preservatives and packaged foods. It’s changed our lives!
